In fact pretty much every new project is fully or in part not Java, even if most of the core architecture is still Java and is likely to remain that way for the foreseeable future (the cost to rewrite it all in something else would be staggering, especially if that something else were .NET as it's all hosted on several hundred Solaris and Linux machines).
