+1 on your opinion of the laundry list of marketing induced language changes proposed for 7. If by "immutable objects" you mean compiler enforcement, sounds like a good plan as it would detect unplanned breaking of encapsulation in objects meant to be immutable (like direct setting of fields of other instances).
