Daffodil DB 4.0 - Compiere support

Daffodil Software has announced the stable release of version 4.0 of Daffodil DB, its Java database. They write in, "The new version enhances speed and adds key features geared towards developing Daffodil DB as the solution for mission-critical and enterprise-class applications. The most significant advancement made in this version is the compatibility with Compiere, an advanced level Open Source ERP + CRM solution. ...In addition to several performance enhancements, the major features introduced in Daffodil DB v4.0 are: support for user defined functions, support for scalar sub-query, and scalar functions."
