Mozilla Suite's Future in Question

The continuation of Mozilla as a suite of programs is no longer certain. According to minutes of the Mozilla Foundation's meeting of February 28th, it is yet to be determined if the will is there. Under the subject of shipping version 1.8 Stable the minutes are noted as saying "To be discussed tomorrow whether we do one". There has been talk of not doing the suite because of the success of separated projects Thunderbird and Firefox.
