News: Jakarta POI 2.0 RC1

The POI development team has announced the release of their first, and likely only, 2.0 release candidate. "The POI project consists of APIs for manipulating various file formats based upon Microsoft's OLE 2 Compound Document format using pure Java. In short, you can read and write MS Excel files using Java." POI's change notes detail the many bug fixes in 2.0RC1.
