XINS 1.3.0

The XINS XML interface for network services project has released version 1.3.0. "The release of version 1.3.0 marks a major milestone in the evolution of XINS, with the introduction of SOAP- and XML-RPC-support. REST-clients and regular web browsers were already supported. Various features were added, performance was tuned and extensive testing has been performed on a range of different operating systems (including Linux, Solaris and Windows) and JVMs (including Sun Java 1.3.1, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 5.0 and 6.0 EA)."
