Create client-side user interfaces in HTML
Allen Holub takes a break from his more controversial columns to extend JEditorPane to handle HTML more robustly. In Create client-side user interfaces in HTML , Allen extends JEditorPane to support form processing, custom tags, and logging. While he's at it, he also improved the visual display of some of the elements as well. The feedback indicates that some readers were not sold on Holub's HTMLPane.

Java 3D Tech Tip
Last week's Java 3D Tech Tip provides examples of displaying text and images in a scene and moving and rotating the objects. You will see how to create the Canvas3D object required to display the scene, create a scene graph containing the objects to be displayed and their attributes, and to connect them to each other.
